Third-Party Project Management

We offer third-party project management including Grant Administration for organizations and municipalities

Third party grant management and project management are services offered by The Port. As independent units of government, Ohio port authorities have broad statutory authority to engage in activities that promote transportation and economic development. Under ORC 4582, we have a high level of economic development flexibility in the development and management of projects. We can collaborate with state and federal agencies in project development and are experienced administering grants related to property acquisition and remediation. We have a history of successfully identifying sources of funds, applying for and managing funds from state and federal sources for the remediation and demolition of sites. As a project control agent, a port authority is not bound by the same regulations requiring lengthy public bidding processes, thus reducing the time and cost necessary to enter into contracts with private parties.
