The Port would like to invite you to bid on REACH Price Hill: 1016 Ross Ave.
Please see the below link to The Port Dropbox account containing all relevant documents pertaining to the bid process. Contained in the Dropbox is The Port's Inclusion Policy, Waiver (that must be signed and submitted), Spec Sheet, a copy of the RFP, Bid Permit set and a copy of necessary site permits.
Please return your bid by February 5th by 5:00pm
Additionally, we will hold a mandatory on-site meeting for all interested contractors on January 29th from 3:30-4:30 pm. Please plan on attending. You will be expected to visit the site prior to this meeting and bring all relevant questions and concerns on January 29th. The Port can arrange access to home prior to January 29th. Please reach out to Matt Johnson to schedule visits prior to On-Site Meeting.
The Port / Landbank Lawn Maintenance Request for Qualifications
The Landbank seeks qualified contractors to complete lawn maintenance on Landbank owned properties (those with and without a structure). Qualifications are due February 12, 2020 by 12:00 PM and a mandatory informational meeting will be held January 15, 2020 at 9:30 AM.

US EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant Application
The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority (Port Authority) is accepting applications for funding under its United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Brownfield Assessment Grant. Applications will continue being accepted through July, 2020 or until funds have been expended.
