The Hamilton County Landbank, a managed entity of The Port, is planning to stabilize 1237 Lincoln Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. We will conduct a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025. Please review the below linked RFP. If you are unable to attend the pre-bid meeting, you will be granted access once you have returned a liability waiver.
