The PORT contractor pre-qualification program is designed to help identify qualified vendors for a variety of services and project types for the PORT and all managed Entities Including HCLRC, HURC, & UCI. Please complete all applicable sections as thoroughly and accurately as possible. While the Experience & References section provides general company information, certain service categories may require additional details regarding past projects, equipment, staffing, and operational capabilities.

The Landbank is seeking qualified contractors to provide snow and ice management services for Landbank-owned commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Services may include snow plowing, sidewalk clearing, ice control, salting, de-icing, and related winter maintenance activities necessary to maintain safe and accessible properties throughout the winter season.
