Fast-growing company expands in Blue Ash

With IEL, The Port marks its first project in Blue Ash

The Port aligned with other public agencies to provide incentives to retain a fast-growing third-party freight brokerage company in Hamilton County. Founded in 2007, Integrity Express Logistics, LLC, purchased more than 7 acres, offered at a discounted rate from the City of Blue Ash, as incentive to build a new four-story office building large enough to accommodate anticipated future growth. The company has committed to grow to 250 employees by 2026. IEL received assistance from REDI Cincinnati and JobsOhio.

The Port executed an ownership and long-term lease agreement; it is the first time The Port has provided a lease for a private company.

""With GCRA's lease structure and sales tax exemption on construction cost, we were able to put that right back into the business for growth and expansion. GCRA was a great partner, and the process was for the most part, seamless."
