The Port Authority is a public agency that collaborates with dozens of economic development, community and corporate partners, and foundations. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors; half appointed by the City and half by the County.
Board member appointees represent a broad mix of business expertise including development, design, finance, and marketing. Our board brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge, as well as sensitivity to business needs and market forces in the region.
The board meets on the second Wednesday of every month (except for July and August) at 8:00 a.m. ET at the Taft Center at Fountain Square, 425 Walnut Street, 2nd Flr. Atrium, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
Please note: From time to time, Board of Directors meetings may be rescheduled, or in response to development projects, the Port Authority may call additional Board of Directors meetings. Please check our web page for updates to the Board of Directors meeting schedule.
