Request for Proposal: Sedamsville Residential Renovations

The Port and Landbank are excited to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to general contractors to renovate four properties in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Sedamsville. This opportunity is a continuation of our multi-year commitment to revitalizing this historic neighborhood. It is also an example of The Port and Landbank's dedication in partnering with local real estate development firms and professionals of all sizes to create affordable housing opportunities for our neighbors.
Please review the RFP and the attached drawings. The RFP has instructions on the Request for Information (RFI) process if you require any additional information; this is located in Section 4. Please reach out to Andrew Fisher if you need additional accommodations or information.
Representatives of The Port and Landbank will conduct a site walk-through at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, beginning at 654 Steiner St, Cincinnati, OH 45204 before proceeding to other properties. A representative from interested General Contractors is strongly encouraged to attend to assess the existing property conditions and review Section 3. Contractors will be able to tour each address with members of The Port from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Contractors who cannot attend this event or would like additional time to tour subcontractors, vendors, or partners through the properties may contact me to coordinate times, access, and liability forms.
