Sydney Geckler

Sydney serves as a Development Associate at The Port, where she supports the coordination and execution of real estate development initiatives across Hamilton County. In this role, she contributes to industrial, residential, and commercial, projects from concept through completion, assisting with feasibility analysis, due diligence, and project oversight while collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and external partners. Sydney also supports financial and contract management processes, including budgeting, funding applications, and procurement, and engages with community stakeholders to help advance projects that drive economic growth and neighborhood revitalization.
