Nikki Boehmker

Nikki serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Port, where she leads the organization’s financial strategy, guiding long-term planning and investment decisions to support continued growth and impact. In this role, Nikki is instrumental in shaping the 2026 Strategic Plan and building a financial framework that strongly supports the organization’s goals.

Prior to joining The Port, Nikki spent four years at Cintrifuse, where she drove innovation and impact at the intersection of startups, investment, and regional strategy. She refined internal systems, ensured operational excellence, and played a key role in shaping Cintrifuse’s long-term strategy and expanding its footprint as a convener of the innovation ecosystem. Earlier in her career, Nikki spent more than 15 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Cincinnati, serving as a director in the audit practice, leading integrated audits for large publicly traded companies, and acting as a regional audit quality leader.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown College and is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three little girls and watching them play all the sports! Nikki also enjoys running and completed her first marathon in 2024.
