Kim McCain

Kim joined The Port as Manager of Public Finance & Compliance, where she oversees compliance activities, maintains accurate trust and financial records, and supports the structuring and execution of development finance transactions. Her role spans bond and indenture compliance, trust account monitoring, debt covenant analysis, and program administration for Communities First Ohio, all in support of The Port’s economic and community development efforts across Cincinnati and Hamilton County.

Kim brings over 20 years of experience in corporate trust, indenture administration, and compliance oversight from her career at BNY, most recently as Vice President of Risk & Compliance Assurance and Testing. She previously led a team of Client Service Managers administering a diverse portfolio of municipal, corporate, and structured finance accounts, and held additional roles at Fifth Third Bank and Student Loan Funding Resources, Inc. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Evansville.
