Jacob Stephens

Jacob Stephens is a Senior Real Estate Development Associate at The Port, where he supports the planning and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects from concept through completion. He plays a key role in evaluating development opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and site-specific due diligence, helping inform strategic investment decisions. Jacob works closely with internal teams, contractors, and community partners to manage project timelines, budgets, and construction activities, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and align with broader neighborhood development goals. His background in urban planning, combined with his training in applied economics, brings a strong research-driven and analytical lens to complex development work, particularly in understanding market conditions, project feasibility, and long-term economic impact.

Jacob earned his Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) and a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
