Request For Qualifications/Proposals: USEPA FY24 Brownfields Multipurpose Grant Project

The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority (The Port) is a public agency that partners with the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County officials, along with economic development organizations, municipalities, and foundations, to ensure every acre of local real estate is developed into its highest and best use. Our work is focused on transforming industrial and residential real estate to build the foundation for job creation and vibrant, livable communities.

Uptown Consortium, Inc. (UCI), a managed entity of The Port, is soliciting a Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) and intends to contract for environmental consulting services in connection with the Brownfields MP Grant Initiative that is being funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the USEPA. Firms interested in being considered should reply with a statement of qualifications and proposal no later than 11:00 am (EST) on September 4, 2025. Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Please see the Timeline for Selecting Firm on Page 3 of the PDF.

Please direct any questions regarding the RFP/Q process to Brooke Rapp, Director of Community and Economic Development (brapp@cincinnatiport.org). We look forward to reviewing your qualifications and the opportunity to work together.
