Request for Proposal: Sedamsville Residential Renovations 2026

The Port and Landbank are excited to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to general contractors to renovate two properties in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Sedamsville.   This opportunity is a continuation of our multi-year commitment to revitalizing this historic neighborhood. It is also an example of The Port and Landbank's dedication in partnering with local real estate development firms and professionals of all sizes to create affordable housing opportunities for our neighbors.

Please review the RFP and the drawings below. The RFP has instructions on the Request for Information (RFI) process if you require any additional information; this is located in Section 4. Please reach out to Andy Fisher if you need additional accommodations or information.

Representatives of The Port and Landbank will conduct a site walk-through at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, beginning at 700 Delhi Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45204 before proceeding to other properties. Representatives from interested General Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend to assess the existing property conditions and review Section 3. Contractors will be able to tour each address with members of The Port from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
