New Mixed-Use Development on the Riverfront
The Artistry will bring a seven-story, mixed-use building to Cincinnati’s waterfront. Replacing an existing surface parking lot, the development will add density and additional commercial and residential space while also addressing the need for parking. Being developed by Milhaus Development, The Port is providing a Capital Lease wrapped in a bank bond to support the project. The unique development will incorporate pieces from local artists on the exterior of the building, feature rotating works in common areas and participate in First Friday events. Milhaus anticipates a Summer 2021 opening date.
