Delhi Towne Square
New public center of Delhi Township offers spaces for gathering and is a catalyst for additional development
This multi-phased, transformational project at the heart of Delhi Township creates a mixed-use community center. The Delhi Towne Square project repurposes a 14-acre site formerly home to a Remke Markets grocery store, and incorporates:
- A recreation center
- Public greenspace and event lawn
- Delhi Township Administrative Office
- Pre-K classrooms for Oak Hills Local School District
Additionally, the development incorporates a residential component. The Veridian Apartments is a 180-unit apartment community located within the larger Delhi Towne Square development, and opened its doors in 2024. The project represents the first apartment complex built in this area in decades. The Port provided public financing for this phase of the project in the form of a capital lease.
