Home Repair Program: Sedamsville
The Hamilton County Landbank's Home Repair Program offers funding for resident homeowners to make repairs to address exterior code violations and critical repairs.
DO I QUALIFY?
ELIGIBLE HOMEOWNERS:
- Current on real estate taxes or currently in a payment plan
- Income at or below 80% AMI
- Applicant must be a homeowner living in the subject property for 10+ years
- At least one house member must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen as defined by HUD regulations
ELIGIBLE HOMES:
- Located in Sedamsville
- Owner-occupied
- Active code violation order(s) or critical repairs
- The property cannot be located in a 100-year floodplain or FEMA Flood Hazard Zone
- Must be the Applicant's primary residence
ELIGIBLE REPAIRS:
- Critical exterior repairs (roofs, windows, siding, porches, gutters, painting, weatherization, foundation repair, walkways and driveways)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
AVAILABLE FUNDING:
- Accepting applications until funds are expended
- No repayment needed!
- Up to $15,000 available per household
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Step One: Check eligibility
- Step Two: Download, print, and fill out application OR download and fill out the fillable PDF application
- Step Three: Submit completed application to the Hamilton County Landbank team
