Notice of Public Hearing – TEFRA – June 17, 2025

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority (the “Authority”) pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on June 17, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the hearing may begin, at the offices of the Authority located at 3 East Fourth Street, Suite 300, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, regarding the issuance and sale of development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $16,000,000 (the “Bonds”) for the purposes of financing and refinancing the costs of the acquisition, construction, renovation, equipping and improvement of an approximately 780-space parking garage located at 210 W. 4th Street in the City of Cincinnati, Ohio (the “Project”). The Project is owned and operated by Whex Garage LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation. The proposed Bonds do not constitute a debt or a pledge of the moneys or the faith and credit of the Authority and shall not be general obligations, debt or bonded indebtedness of the Authority. Any person interested in the issuance of the of the proposed Bonds may attend the public hearing and be heard or may file written comments regarding the issuance of the proposed Bonds with the Authority prior to the time of the public hearing. Any written submissions should be sent to the Authority at 3 East Fourth Street, Suite 300, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 and clearly marked “Re: Whex Garage LLC Parking Project.” Written submissions should be mailed in sufficient time to be received on or before June 17, 2025.
