NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority (the “Issuer”) on June 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at the offices of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority at 3 East Fourth Street, Suite 300, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the “Bonds”) pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $65,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Sections 13 and 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Sections 4582.21 through 4582.99 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended.  If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Standard Gateway Venture L.P., an Ohio limited partnership, or its successors and assigns (the “Borrower”) for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of a residential rental facility containing approximately three hundred forty-nine (349) affordable living units for low to moderate income residents located at 400-416 W. 9th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio in Hamilton County (the “Project”).

The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower.  THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE CITY OF CINCINNATI, OHIO, THE COUNTY OF HAMILTON, OHIO, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO.

Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.  Anyone desiring to make written comments can hand deliver them to the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, 3 East Fourth Street, Suite 300, Cincinnati, OH 45202 and/or mail them to 3 East Fourth Street, Suite 300, Cincinnati, OH 45202, Attention: Director of Public Finance & Compliance.  This notice is given pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 4582.07 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended.
