Evanston 5-Points – Request for Qualifications

The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and Hamilton County Landbank, in partnership with the Evanston Community, is excited to announce a catalytic development opportunity in the Evanston neighborhood of Cincinnati. The Port is seeking qualifications from qualified developers, buyers, and end-users to partner in the new construction development of the Evanston 5-points located at 3312-3334 Montgomery Road.

Linked below is the Request for Qualification packet with details regarding submission requirements and applicable deadlines. Qualification submissions will be reviewed by the Selection Committee consisting of members from the Port Authority, Landbank, Evanston Community Council, and the City of Cincinnati’s Department of Community and Economic Development.
