Nicole joined The Port as Administrative Assistant in 2026 supporting senior leadership and the Legal–HR team through high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support. In her role, she manages complex scheduling, coordinates meetings and board materials, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Nicole also supports office operations, travel coordination, and human resources initiatives, contributing to efficient workflows and a collaborative workplace environment.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience supporting executive leadership and multi-department operations. Most recently, she served as Executive Coordinator at Bethany House Services, where she partnered closely with C-suite leadership, managed board communications and logistics, and supported organizational strategy through data reporting and process improvement. Her background also includes roles in executive administration, HR support, and financial operations across a variety of industries. Nicole completed coursework toward an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Cincinnati State Technical & Community College, building a strong foundation in technology, systems, and data management that supports her work in administrative and operational roles.

She has a strong appreciation for mission-driven work and has supported numerous nonprofit and community-focused initiatives throughout her career. Outside of work she  enjoys visiting local coffee shops, taking long walks, and unwinding with a good movie or sitcom.
