Chris serves as Property Operations Coordinator at The Port, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of properties across Hamilton County, including vacant land, residential, commercial, and industrial assets. He ensures properties are maintained to high standards of safety, compliance, and long-term stewardship, managing maintenance operations, coordinating contractors and vendors, and supporting strategic decisions related to rehabilitation and demolition. Chris also serves as a key liaison with public agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders to ensure efficient and responsible property management.

Prior to joining The Port, Chris served as Deconstruction Manager at Building Value, LLC, where he led daily operations and logistics for construction and demolition projects, managing teams, subcontractors, and equipment across more than 500 completed projects. His work emphasized workforce development, safety, and compliance, while delivering high-quality results for a wide range of clients including nonprofits, government entities, and private homeowners. Earlier in his career, Chris held multiple roles at Easterseals Redwood, where he supported workforce development initiatives by training and mentoring individuals through hands-on construction and employment programs.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Writing Certificate in Journalism. Outside of work, Chris enjoys restoring homes and has completed multiple renovation projects in his free time. He is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s C-Change Class of 2026.
