Chelsea Boyer

Chelsea Boyer joined The Port in August of 2025 as Director of Human Resources, bringing over a decade of experience in HR leadership and operations. She specializes in aligning HR strategies with business goals, improving employee engagement, and streamlining organizational processes.

Before joining The Port, Chelsea was a Senior HR Business Partner at Medpace, Inc., where she led HR for multiple departments, managed a team of HR Assistants, and drove initiatives to reduce turnover and support growth, including onboarding improvements and leadership training programs. Previously, she served as HR Manager for the Misleh Skyline Chili franchise group, overseeing HR activities for employees across six locations, and as an HR Generalist at Alternate Solutions Health Network, supporting a growing workforce and major joint ventures.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Wright State University and earned SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification in February 2024. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys exploring media and podcasts, spending time with her dogs, celebrating Halloween, cheering on Cincinnati sports teams, and indulging her love for art and interior design.
