Elissa Morsch

Elissa joined The Port as Vice President of Finance and Accounting in 2025. In this role, she leads the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls, supporting The Port’s mission. Elissa brings a strategic and solutions-focused approach to managing complex financial processes and ensuring fiscal transparency across The Port’s diverse portfolio of programs and properties.

Elissa brings over a decade of accounting and finance experience in both private and public sectors, with deep expertise in real estate development and property management. Before joining The Port, she held leadership roles at STNL Development and Grandin Properties, where she directed accounting operations, led software and system upgrades, and supported executive teams with strategic financial insights. Earlier in her career, she worked at North American Properties and began her professional journey at General Electric through its Financial Management Program, gaining broad exposure to financial operations across multiple business segments.

Elissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and completed Cincinnati’s GP Elevate leadership development program in 2022. Originally from North Carolina, she moved to Cincinnati in 2016 and enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband and son.
