New Bid Opportunities – Traction Building

Parkes Construction of Franklin, TN invites all qualified commercial subcontractors including MBE, WBE and SBE contractors, to join the bidding for a major 151 Room Historic Hotel Project in Downtown Cincinnati.  Parkes Development is transforming this major downtown Historic Building at 432 Walnut Street into a Kimpton Hotel that will include 3 restaurant venues including a roof top bar.

All drawings and bid documents will be sent via ProCore to all interested parties. ProCore helps to streamline the bidding process by allowing bid invitees to download relevant bid documents and submit their bids electronically. In this system, all electronic correspondence is tracked and archived, and bidders are provided with the most up to date information available for the project. There will be a site walkthrough on Thursday, 6/19/25, 9:00 am – 10:30 am for any interested contractors, as well as a Teams Meeting on Monday, 6/23/25, at 9:00 am.

All bids are due no later than 6/27/25.
