Nick Stone

As real estate development associate at The Port, Nick’s primary responsibilities include financial underwriting, business development, and project management on commercial and residential properties. Nick also manages funding requests, commercial stabilizations, and relationships with external stakeholders. Prior to joining the Port, Nick worked as a financial analyst and rehabilitated an income-producing piece of real estate on Cincinnati’s east side. Nick graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in finance and real estate from The Ohio State University.
