Jacob Stephens
Landbank Associate
Jacob Stephens joined The Port as a Landbank Associate. Jacob assists in the management and analysis of Landbank projects and identifies best practices for local economic development and housing initiatives. His primary responsibilities include geographic analysis and reviewing and managing applications. In addition to his role on the Landbank team, Jacob works with the Government and Community Affairs team to monitor local, state, and federal legislation and initiatives, along with the analysis and reporting of real estate data and policy trends.
Jacob graduated with a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). He is now pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
