Senior Commercial Development Associate
Taylor Gruenwald is a member of The Port’s commercial development team – she supports the organization’s neighborhood revitalization initiative in all facets of community-enriching real estate development and redevelopment projects, with a special focus on business districts located in focus neighborhoods throughout Cincinnati. Taylor’s responsibilities include managing commercial projects from concept through completion, analyzing and outlining critical paths and establishing viable development plans, schedules, and budgets. She works with government agencies and municipalities on projects to ensure approval of permits and other compliance requirements. Taylor also supports the work of the Hamilton County Landbank, managing the historic stabilization of commercial structures throughout the City and County and the Commercial/Multi-unit/Multi Property disposition process.
Taylor joined The Port in 2016 after graduating from The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School of Architecture with a City and Regional Planning degree. She is actively involved in The Village of St. Bernard’s Community Improvement Corporation, has served as a mentor in the ULI Al. Neyer UC Competition, and is a graduate of the Turner School of Construction Management. Taylor is also a member of Cincy Next Class 6, a leadership development program administered by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
