Director of Accounting
Kim Cargile-Watson joined The Port in 2013. In her role as Director of Accounting, she maintains accounting records for The Port and its managed entities, the Hamilton County Landbank (the Landbank) and the Homesteading & Urban Redevelopment Corporation (HURC). Her work includes managing accounts payable and accounts receivable and the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Kim is also responsible for presenting financial reports for the HURC Board of Directors. Additionally, she leads payroll processing and handling payroll-related matters.
Prior to joining The Port, Kim served as a regional accountant at First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., where she coordinated accounting activity and prepared financial reports for the Cincinnati regional office. She also gained early career experience in real estate at her family’s general contracting business – Wm. Cargile Contractor, Inc.
Kim earned a bachelor of science degree in administrative management at the University of Cincinnati.
