The Port’s Role:

  • Issue $2.795MM Southwest Ohio Regional Bond Fund TIF Bonds
  • Enter into a Capital Lease

Project Impact:

  • Creation of 45 new full-time jobs
  • New retail space for neighborhood-serving businesses
  • Activate existing commercial space in historic Fifth Third Bank Building
  • Renovation of existing medical center and addition of dental services and community meeting space
