The Port Authority's Neighborhood Revitalization strategy is a collaborative model for community revitalization - one that is scalable and flexible to respond to each community's varying needs.


GOAL: Transform 10 neighborhoods over 10 years, creating lasting impact through residential properties and commercial businesses.

STRATEGY: Work with target communities to return vacant, blighted properties to productive use for neighborhood transformation and attraction of residents through four key areas:
