Dayton-Cincinnati economic development fund a step closer to reality

Ohio will loan Cincinnati $2.5 million to start a regional economic development fund with Dayton.

On Monday, the State Controlling Board approved a loan that would go toward launching a Southwest Ohio Regional Bond Fund to finance projects across this corner of the state. We first told you last week this project was in the works between the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority and Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati.
