Harrison Terminal Building

1220 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio

The Harrison Terminal building was constructed in 1885 as a warehouse.  Since that time it has been used for furniture manufacturing, bakery supply, trailer sales and rental, advertising, music recording, and several transportation companies.

E&T Real Estate Holdings, LLC purchased the 60,000 square foot building with plans to turn it into apartments with ground floor commercial space.
The Port Authority made an application for a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant, with E&T Real Estate Holdings, LLC as its Development Partner.  The Port Authority has received a $148,122 Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant for a Phase II Environmental Assessment on the Harrison Terminal Building property.  The assessment, when complete, will allow an accurate remediation cost estimate to be developed, and will allow the developer to pursue the appropriate brownfield and/or development financing for the project.
